HGSA is an all volunteer organization and we welcome all who want to volunteer their time to provide opportunities for girls to learn and play the game of softball. Under New Jersey State law, all volunteers are required to undergo a criminal background check and be fingerprinted every three years. The instructions for this background check and the form can be found below.

After the fingerprints are complete, the volunteer will be given a UE number. This number needs to be submitted to [email protected].
